Job Description
Certified Medical Assistant position supporting the Primary Care team at Huntersville, performing clinical and administrative duties, including patient care, clerical, and environmental tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- Completion of Hepatitis B Vaccine and Flu Vaccine Form
- Completion of TB test
- Minimum one year of recent experience working in a medical facility as a medical assistant
- EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection skills
- E.H.R. utilization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
