KR-Field Service Engineer II

The primary role of the MSPC Field Service Engineer is to support sales and service of the PDS, Vaporizer and LFC business in Korea. The MSPC Field Service Engineer with strong interpersonal customers relationship will be the primary contact between the customer and US based engineering/product management during product evaluations and installations.

Requirements

• Conduct PDS, Vaporizer field service and support installations.
• Supply application support during customer evaluations
• Interface with customers and provide guidance on application set up
• Analyze customer data and provide guidance to help customers' understanding of results.
• Conduct field testing for new products
• Generate service and technical reports on product performance
• Communicate with MSP personnel on modifications needed on products based on customer application needs
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Perform factory service on MSP vaporizers
