Compliance Coordinator

A Compliance Coordinator ensures the regulatory integrity of all international shipments. Responsibilities include conducting pre-shipment trade and regulatory research, collaborating with 3rd party vendors, auditing shipping documents, and communicating with brokers and external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3+ years in the logistics industry, with exposure to trade compliance, regulations, inventory, or warehouse management
• 2+ years of domain experience in Hardware Operations
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting
• Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Knowledge of trade compliance rules and regulations
