Job Description
This is a contract full-time Logistics Compliance Coordinator role in Dublin, Ireland, responsible for ensuring regulatory integrity of international shipments.
Requirements
- Conduct pre-shipment trade and regulatory research
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors
- Audit and verify shipping documents and external partner documentation
- Communicate with brokers and external parties
- Liaise with Legal and Tax teams
- Provide timely clearance instructions to customs brokers
- Troubleshoot problem shipments
- Ensure STO-related commercial documents are compliant
- Review and approve commercial documents
- Support Tax and Customs audits
- Ensure shipments meet client export/import regulations
- Complete due diligence on external parties
- Monitor and manage PII and Denied Party Screenings
- Maintain brokerage performance reports
- Coordinate resolution or escalation of international customs-hold shipments
- Research compliance and shipping regulations in emerging markets
