Sustaining Manufacturing & Logistics Specialist

The Sustaining Manufacturing & Logistics Specialist will manage the product lifecycle through inventory coordination, equipment movement, and stock control, while supporting manufacturing processes to ensure quality, yield, and timely implementation of engineering changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma accepted with sufficient relevant experience
• 2–5 years of combined experience in logistics/inventory management and manufacturing or sustaining engineering roles
• At least 2 years of experience in Hardware Operations
• Proficiency with ERP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, vendor management, and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with stock management, forecasting principles, and spreadsheet tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and problem-solving techniques (e.g., RCA, FMEA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
