Job Description
The Operations (Ops) Team Lead will manage a team of data collectors, coordinate routes, schedules, expenses, and support Project and Program Managers with planning tasks. The ideal candidate has coordination/management experience, great communication skills, and is organized.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience of coordination/management
- Excellent communication - both written & verbal
- Must speak good English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to manage a team, often in situations of high-stress
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
