Job Description
Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and multimedia content for cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and engaging content. Write, publish, and maintain documents, presentations, help center articles, and other content.
Requirements
- Experience in technical writing and documentation
- Basic understanding of HTML
- High school or equivalent
- Ability to operate and communicate effectively with Global teams
- Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
