Requirements
- Chartered Legal Executive/Fee Earner experienced in Clinical Negligence
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Good understanding of the law relating to clinical negligence
- Strong experience of managing a case load of clinical negligence files
- Experience with supporting on personal injury work is a strong advantage
- Experience of trial work is desirable but not necessary
