A leading legal practice in Cardiff is seeking a talented Personal Injury paralegal with experience in general Personal Injury matters and a focus on litigation.
Requirements
- Assisting with the caseload of the Fee Earners
- Assisting with the fast track and multi-track Personal Injury RTA /EL/ PL caseload
- Utilise the case management system effectively
- Ability to use the MOJ portal
- Ability to assess injury compensation values
- Familiarity with court procedures
- Competence in Microsoft office package
- Diary management
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
