Job Description
We are searching for an Import & Export Coordinator to coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities, liaise with shipping lines and internal departments, and handle customer enquiries and issues.
Requirements
- Coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities
- Liaise with shipping lines, agents, depots, and terminals
- Plan and schedule import and export deliveries
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, consignees, and logistics partners
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related issues
- Track shipment progress and provide regular updates
- Prepare, verify, and maintain operational documents and billing records
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulations
- Conduct inspections and assessments of container conditions
Benefits
- Up to SGD 3,500 + VB (1 month) salary
