Job Description
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a M&E Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works are carried out on time and in full compliance with project specifications, standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a main contractor or subcontractor.
- Proven project experience in condominiums, commercial buildings, data centres, and AEI (Asset Enhancement Initiative) projects.
- Experience in consultancy, design, and estimation will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising site engineers and M&E staff.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, codes of practice, and standards.
- Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring M&E works.
