Job Description
TT Electronics is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimise all operational activity across the site, ensuring business goals and operational standards are met, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Senior operational leadership experience within manufacturing
- Proven track record of establishing and leading an effective SIOP process
- Hands-on experience deploying Lean and Continuous Improvement frameworks
- Strong cross-functional integration across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance
- Advanced use of ERP/MRP systems and operational analytics
