Product Engineering Technician

Responsible for customer and internal manufacturing support and product design. Managing all technical or engineering related issues with respective customer and supporting Engineering in identifying solutions to production problems.

Requirements

• Experience managing all technical or engineering related issues with respective customer.
• Exposure to customer expectations beyond engineering related functions.
• Experience in supporting Engineering in identifying solutions to production problems that reduce labor efficiency, increase scrap, and impact quality of product.
• Experience in managing and documenting customer engineering changes.
