Job Description
TTEC Digital is seeking a Senior CX Technology Solutions Advisor to guide clients through the complex integration of contact center technologies and AI. The role involves developing roadmaps, collaborating with internal teams, and driving revenue through proposals and strategic thinking. This is a remote, 100% opportunity for someone passionate about transforming customer experience with technology.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of traditional CCaaS platforms (Cisco, Genesys, Five9, etc.)
- Experience with at least one of the Hyperscalers (Amazon, Google, Microsoft) and their strengths/weaknesses in contact center, AI, and CX/EX.
- Deep understanding of how AI integrates with contact center environments
- Expertise with related technologies: WFM, QA, dialers, telephony, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree
