Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English – Part time

We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, working part-time remotely in Sacramento, CA. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide answers, and resolving customer issues. Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
