Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative – Nights, you'll be part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while working on site in Cape Town, South Africa. You'll answer incoming communications from customers, conduct research to provide answers, and help resolve their issues with a smile.
Requirements
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
