As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for resolving escalated or complex customer calls, upselling products, and providing excellent customer service. You'll work onsite in Charlotte, NC, and be part of a global team of customer service representatives.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
