Job Description
As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you'll work remotely and have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. You'll provide answers, consult on products, and resolve issues with compassion.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 25 mbps)
- USB wired headset
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android
