Construction Framing/Tinning Laborer

Construction Framing/Tinning Laborer assists in building post-frame structures by performing various on-site construction tasks under the direction of crew leaders and foremen.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely and confidently at heights up to 30+ ft.
• 1+ yr experience in a related field.
• Clean driving record eligible to be an insured driver for the company.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction and framing techniques, especially post-frame structures.
• Experience or familiarity with tinning (installing metal roofing and siding).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in framing and tin installation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions accurately.
