Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of manufacturing experience
• Previous PCB manufacturing experience preferred
• Hand soldering under a microscope preferred
• Ability to perform basic and routine repetitive mechanical assembly operations
• Proficient use and familiarity with hand tools
• Ability to run automatic soldering equipment
• Ability to understand manufacturing documentation
• Basic mechanical and good soldering skills required
