Job Description
TTM Technologies is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the facilities teams at their Eau Claire, WI facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and supervising the work of staff members responsible for maintenance and facilities support. The role requires 5 years of facilities/maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility or an associate's degree in Facilities Maintenance Technology, as well as experience supervising others and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 5 years of facilities/maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility or associate's degree in Facilities Maintenance Technology
- 2+ years of experience supervising others
- Leadership ability and team building skills
- Ability to assign and delegate work, problem solve and evaluate performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills
