Job Description
We are looking for an administrative assistant to support administrative activities in the management area. The successful candidate will have experience supporting administrative functions, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of confidentiality. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday to Saturday (half day on Saturday).
Requirements
- Coordinate executive communications, including reception of calls, response to emails
- Prepare and draft internal and external corporate documents
- Program meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality
- Driver's license (Desirable)
- Management of Excel and Office
- Excellent organizational skills, project management skills and problem-solving skills with an impeccable ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation
- Experience in organizing the organization of agenda and calendar
