Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Aerospace (m/f/d)

TTTECH is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Aerospace to contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of embedded software for safety-critical real-time systems and computer networks in aviation and space domains. The role involves technical leadership, software requirements specification, architecture design, and collaboration with other development teams. The ideal candidate has a technical university degree, at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, and expertise with RTOSs and computer networks.

Requirements

• Technical university degree in computer science or information technology
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Expertise with RTOSs (e.g. VxWorks, QNX, etc.)
• Familiarity with computer networks, ideally Ethernet-based, as well as multi-core platforms
• Solid knowledge of software processes in either aerospace (DO-178C, DO-330) or space (e.g. ECSS-E-ST-40C, NPR 7150.2C)
• Good command of English language, German skills are beneficial
