We are seeking a Senior Strategic Procurement Manager - Aerospace to lead strategic procurement initiatives and evolve our supplier management framework. The role will involve analyzing supply chain requirements, evaluating and managing the strategic supplier portfolio, and aligning supply chain and business strategy to optimize performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor sourcing, ideally within complex, high-reliability industries
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements, including export control, quality standards, and audit processes; Aviation or Space know-how is a plus
- Contracting know-how, specifically US experience would be beneficial
- Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, analytical and financial skills, combined with a structured and systematic work approach
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience collaborating across functions such as Product Management and Internal Supply Chain, with ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
- High sustainability awareness combined with strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
