As Academic Information Coordinator, you will play a key role in data-driven work, collecting, combining, and analyzing data from various source systems, and translating this into usable management information to support the dean, department heads, and the faculty management team in decision-making and policy development. You will work closely with the faculty secretary and handle information requests from various stakeholders within and outside the faculty.
Requirements
- HBO or WO education in data analysis, business administration, information management, or comparable
- Experience with data analysis and translating data into management information and advice
- Strong in stakeholder management and can easily switch between different levels in a complex organization
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, or comparable visualization tools
- Analytical, proactive, and structured approach to work
- Ability to clearly and convincingly communicate complex information, both orally and in writing
- Affinity with an academic environment and administrative relationships
