Job Description
The position is a PhD researcher in Heat Stress Resilience in Heritage Buildings using Spectrally Selective Window Films. The candidate will work on developing a decision-making framework to support the application of novel window film technologies, taking into account indoor comfort, energy consumption, and heritage value.
Requirements
- MSc in architectural engineering, building technology, civil engineering or building physics
- Experience with building performance simulation and willingness to learn programming skills
- Keen interest in preserving modern heritage building stock
- Ability to mediate between technological and social or cultural perspectives
- Curiosity-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
