Teamleider Elektronica

We are looking for a Team Lead Electronics to join our team at QuTech, a mission-driven research institute of the TU Delft. The ideal candidate has a broad background in both analog and digital electronics, experience with laboratory instrumentation, and leadership experience with managing a small technical team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience with managing a small technical team
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Dutch language skills a plus or willingness to learn
• Practical, hands-on, and analytical approach
• Ability to provide quick technical solutions
• Ability to design and oversee high-level system architectures
• Ability to translate research questions into electronic requirements and vice versa
