Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator WANTED - This hands-on, operationally driven role involves keeping TubeScience's physical production pipeline moving from pre-production logistics through wrap, requiring strong organizational and time-management skills and experience in production coordination.

Requirements

• Create and distribute call sheets
• Coordinate stocking, ordering, and shipping of client products for productions
• Distribute talent packets to confirmed talent
• Help facilitate equipment reservations and studio/stage reservations
• Source and purchase props, wardrobe, and supplies
• Manage booking inquiries and ongoing communication with freelance crew
• Provide physical presence on set as a point of contact for freelance crew and talent
• Maintain WrapBook projects for accurate, timely crew payment
• Maintain studio and production workspace tidiness
