Dispatcher / Service Coordinator position at Tudi Mechanical Systems in Tampa, FL. Responsible for point of contact for commercial service requests and technician assignments. Must have 3+ years of dispatching/customer service experience, high school or vocational school education, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of dispatching/customer service experience
- High School or Vocational School Education
- General familiarity with the Tampa area (distances/highways/etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with MS office (Word, PPT, & Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time and stay organized
