Job Description
This role focuses on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of patients and can provide services if necessary. Performs social work duties, provides psychosocial assessments, and coordinates cases. Works independently with general supervision and may direct the work of other professionals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Licensure in NH may be required depending on assigned territory and operational need.
- One (1) year of related experience.
