Faculty Practice Administrator - Vascular Surgery - Boston

This role focuses on providing administrative and business support to the organization in order to achieve operational goals, performing clinical administration duties, and supervising employees. A management role that oversees daily operations and general management across multiple medical/clinical practices, ensuring practices meet their objectives efficiently and effectively, aligning with the broader goals of the health system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in operations, project management, and/or healthcare management
• Experience in managing multi-site or multi-specialty practice operations, including financial operations and analysis
• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
• Completion of Administrative Fellowship
• Three (3) years of progressive leadership growth in the healthcare industry
