Job Description
TUI Cruises GmbH is seeking a Junior Tour Operations Manager in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre- and post-season preparation, excursion selection, and data entry. They will also work on trip preparation and follow-up, product monitoring, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Completed training or study in maritime shipping or maritime tourism
- Experience in maritime tourism or a comparable activity on board a cruise ship
- Geographic knowledge and sound knowledge of destination areas
- Conceptual and analytical thinking
- Independent and structured working style
- Good organizational skills and high level of commitment
- Secure verbal and written knowledge of German and English
- Safe handling of MS-Office
