We are seeking a Port Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of port agency services, ensuring smooth and efficient port operations and providing high quality customer service to cruise lines.

Requirements

• Oversee and manage all operational requirements related to vessel calls
• Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations at the port
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to port agents
• Coordinate and liaise with all vendors
• Ensure all respective sailing documents are completed within a timely manner
