Job Description
At ROBINSON, you are at the centre and at the forefront. As a Deputy General Manager, you will be the "face" of the club complex, ensuring everything runs smoothly and maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with hotel management and department heads, supervise international teams, and be present for guests.
Requirements
- several years of management experience in a comparable position in the hotel industry
- Degree in business administration and ideally completed training in the hotel industry
- Professional experience abroad and the willingness to work for us worldwide
- Excellent language skills in German, English and ideally another language
- A good understanding of human nature as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
