As Front Office Manager, you'll ensure an optimal workload, handle reservations and inquiries, support event organization, and manage a smooth flow at the reception and back office.
Requirements
- Degree in hospitality
- Experience working at the reception in a luxury hotel
- Some leadership experience
- Knowledge of a hotel reservation system
- Ability to interact with guests
