Schiffsärzte* im Bordhospital

TUI Cruises GmbH is looking for ship doctors for the Mein Schiff fleet as soon as possible. As a ship doctor, you will be responsible for the high-quality medical care of passengers and crew on board. You will organize specialized examinations and coordinate necessary further treatment in the ports of the route. In addition to medical care, administrative tasks are also part of your daily routine.

Requirements

• Minimum deployment time: 6-8 weeks
• Tabular curriculum vitae including proof of your continuing education points
• Submission of a certified copy of your license
• Certified proof of recognition as a specialist in internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, or general medicine
• Professional knowledge in emergency services or additional qualification in emergency medicine or documented regular activities in emergency medicine in combination with a valid certificate of the "Advanced Cardiac Life Support" (ACLS)
• Valid certificate “Pediatric Advanced Life Support” (PALS)
• Valid certificate “Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support“ (PHTLS) - except for specialists in surgery
• Valid update of the professional knowledge of radiation protection
• Knowledge and experience in surgical wound care
• Knowledge and experience in general medical patient care
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate
• Valid vaccination certificates for Yellow Fever, MMR, Smallpox, and Hepatitis A + B (Alternatively Titer Determination)
• Very good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Secure PC use with Microsoft Office and Outlook
