Director of Curriculum

Tulsa Honor Academy (THA) is seeking a Director of Curriculum to oversee and drive the development of curriculum, curriculum adoption, and implementation. The successful candidate will work with leaders and teachers to ensure curriculum is executed at a high level and provide curriculum and instructional expertise when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's Degree or higher Preferred)
• Active state certification preferred
• 3 years of experience as a K-12 Teacher (experience teaching Core Content, preferred)
• A proven track record of driving academic growth and achievement as a teacher
• Experience in curriculum supervision, design, or school leadership is preferred
• Experience in systems/district leadership is preferred
• Prior experience in a school serving a similar population to THA's is preferred
• Charter school experience is strongly preferred
