The Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of the TUMI brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.
Requirements
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics

- Monitor and assist the Store Manager with the training and development for store associates
- Communicate effectively with team and customers
- Maintain Tumi University Training and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives and provides a consistent superior client experience
