Sales Advisor - Roermond TUMI - 30h

We're hiring a Sales Advisor to join our team in Roermond, Netherlands. As a sales advisor, you will act as the leading force on the sales floor, managing operations, developing new customer relationships, and attaining sales goals.

Requirements

• Assist store management with training all associates on the brand
• Meet or exceeds SPH goal
• Convey the importance of the Customer Experience
• Maintain an outstanding level of productivity
• Report and communicate information concerning personnel, merchandise and operations on a regular basis to Store Manager
• Participate in the merchandising of the store in order to acquire the skills necessary to work independently
• Ensure that all stock is well maintained and in good condition
• Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality
• Maintain a secure and hazard free environment
• Maintain inventory on the selling floor by replacing sold merchandise with merchandise from the stockroom
• Promptly report shoplifters or in house theft
• Control shrinkage through loss prevention awareness
