Real Estate Photographer

We are looking for a Real Estate Photographer & Field Operations Specialist to join our team at Ziprent. As a visual storyteller, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality interior and exterior photos, 3D tours, and digital floor plans to showcase our rental properties. You will also be responsible for property stewardship, operational logistics, and high-velocity response.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate photography
• Technical skills in photo editing and 3D tour capture
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots per month
• Collaborative spirit and excellent written communication skills
• Reliability and a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 50 miles to support the expanding market

Benefits

• $225–$325+ per listing appointment
• $50/hour for additional as-needed tasks
• Paid travel exceeding 35 miles each way
• Reimbursed at $1.20 per mile beyond 70 miles round trip
• Lockbox pick-up reimbursement at $30–$60 per lockbox
