IT Automation Engineer - India

We're looking for an IT Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and infrastructure using tools like Tines, Google Apps Script, and Python. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving operational challenges through automation and have a strong programming and scripting background in Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Automation, IT Engineering, or DevOps-style IT Operations.
• Strong programming and scripting background in Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience building workflows in automation platforms such as Tines, BetterCloud, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or Workato.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and event-based architecture.
• Experience automating identity and access management (IAM) operations via APIs (Okta, Google Identity, Azure AD).
• Knowledge of cloud-first environments (Google Workspace, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, SSO, and MFA automation principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.
• A strong automation-first mindset — you continuously look for ways to eliminate manual processes and improve scalability.
