Turing is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join its growing Talent team. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing depth, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management expertise, and proven closing ability.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of technical recruitment experience
- Proven experience managing full-cycle hiring independently
- Experience hiring for Engineering, AI/ML, Corporate roles, Data, Security, or other technical roles
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
- Exposure to India/US/global hiring is a strong plus
