Requirements

• Assist Executive and Sous Chef in preparing meals
• Prep work for day
• Setup/Tear down kitchen area
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene on the property
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Uphold all health code regulations
• Communicate issues, concerns, complaints, and suggestions
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Dress code: Chef attire or street cloths, non-slip shoes, and local/state/federal regulations
