We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our team and contribute to the development of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in agile environments.

Requirements

• Lead a cross-functional team of 8-12 engineers
• Grow and inspire team to perform at the highest level
• Plan and execute strategically-important projects
• Ensure collaboration of managed teams across different engineering teams/offices
• Regularly report to key stakeholders on progress and current status
• Evaluate business opportunities and build consensus for decisions
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and support team member's growth and development
• Perform regular 1:1 with team members to develop career plans and goals
