Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
