Room Attendant (Seasonal)

Room Attendant position available at Ted Turner Reserves' Vermejo Reserve in Raton, NM. Seasonal, in-person position with housing provided. Opportunity to work in a luxury setting and provide superior customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Maintain an impeccable standard of cleanliness and presentation of guest housing, lodges, and public areas.
• Respond to guests' needs.
• Ensure and coordinate the laundering of guest linens.
• Coordinate the timely return of all lost and found items to the front desk.
• Coordinate with the front desk regarding guest room status.
• Maintain knowledge of arrivals / departures and stay-overs for each day.
• Stay up-to-date on the most efficient eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of handling hazardous materials.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Inform Management of any guest-related issues.
• Maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Coordinate annual deep cleaning of guest facilities and off-season cleaning of seasonal employee housing.
• All other duties as assigned.
