Job Description
The Plant Electrician oversees complex electrical troubleshooting, system upgrades, and control system support, ensuring high reliability of plant electrical systems and mentoring junior electricians.
Requirements
- Diagnose and repair high- and low-voltage systems, motor controls, and drives.
- Install and maintain PLCs, VFDs, and control circuits.
- Lead electrical projects and ensure code compliance.
- Mentor Electrician I and II personnel and support cross-training.
- Interface with automation, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and update panel schematics.
- Additional duties as assigned.
