Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company seeking an Associate Cost Manager / Commercial Manager for its prestigious infrastructure-based projects. The successful candidate will have experience in cost management and be able to apply their knowledge in a new and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proven Cost / Commercial Management experience
- Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects
- Experience of working on Infrastructure project (Rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways)
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- MRICS (preferable)
- NEC3 contracts (in particular Option C – Target Cost)
