Requirements
- Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, surveying or architecture
- Masters in Cost Management or equivalent knowledge and experience
- At least 8 to 10 years' experience
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters
- People management experience
- SOX control responsibilities
