Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team in Glasgow, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
- Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
